JIST Setup Page

There are 3 ways to setup JIST, All of which will require upto 20 jpeg images (currently only works with jpg, or jpeg files).

NOTE: I have been trying to figure out a safe, yet easy way to allow users to send me the necessary info to make a website for them. The easiest way Ive figured out is to have to user put their 20 images in their own directory, on a website (ie: http://wWw.RockSolidNetworks.com/JIST/test), and send me the URL. I can then download the images, make the thumbnails, the html, and email (or make available via internet) them for you.
There are a lot of ways to do this, so Im trying these 3 methods. If the first 2 dont work for you, try the custom.
